problem with burning

Heya...

ok i am having a problem burning the cue/bin with fireburner 2.1.1. Can someone explain to me what options i need to set to get the SVCD to burn properly. When i burn it and go to play it the movie just stutters. sorta like it is on slow motion.

I have tried burning session at once, track at once, closing the CD, leaving the CD open, autocorrecting subchannel date. Track at once wont even play so I am assuming that is out. I can play the muxed_MPG file that the program creates and it plays great on my computer, Perfect audio sync and amazing picture. But when I goto burn the svcd it gets the stutters... I am using vcdxbuild option to create the image.

The only thing I have noticed is that when I am burning the image in fireburner it comes up in the status window saying that it is converting the image from 2352 to 2336. could this have something to do with it? if so how do i get it to leave the image at 2352 which is what it is listed at in the bin/cue??
