Does anyone own a Sony DAV-S300? (Looking for DVD-R's that don't skip at the end)

Best DVD-R for my Sony DAV-S300?

Tried Bulkpaq + Princo - alot of them skip jump And freeze towards the end.

Does anyone own one?

Both of them is crap media. Try 2x certified media. These are usually good and compatible.
You will find many players that don't even recognise Princo or Bulkcrap.

If they say "2x" then they should be 2x...but I don't know exactly. I know of at least one brand which says "2x" but only works at 1x even in the A04.

That's write should be Taiyo Yuden. Their media is very high quality usually, but only the DVR-A04 can write it at 2x speed.

Try the same movie on a branded media like Pioneer or Apple and see if it still does it.

My Sony 530D skips and messes up at the end of movies that use up more than 4 gigs of space on a dvd-r. It even does it on apple dvd-r's
