audience examples for helix producer.exe

so iam trying to encode certain animated content for http progressive download type of usage. Looking at audience files that come bundled i cant seem to find a proper aac plus example.

So i would like to see some (proper) examples that use aac plus audio + proper type of video and a note on compatibility with real player versions? (i would need 200k and 500k example, can be vbr or cbr, whatever you think is best for this type of usage).

helix page is pretty much a mess (for my eyes at least).
