I take it you have the problem where you can't bring up the dialog?

Hit 'LOAD' when you first bring it up and then escape out of it. It'll work then under XP.

Under "MPEG Opoutput setting" I cannot load the files! When I click "Open PS", "Open VS", "Open AS 1" .... the program exists.
What to do?

Sorry, the load button works just fine, but I never use it. Once I start up the program I hit "Start Encoding", and the "settings".

Push the open button in main screen and then close the dialog and all else "open" buttons will be working.
