VC-1 vs XVid
I have some XVid videos that I want to convert to WMV VC-1 Main as they are more compatible with my XBOX. Don't want a war about using one or the other and you can use both. What I'm curious about, is if I have a 604 x 256 XVID encoded at 700 and some kbps what would you think in theory I would need to encode a WMV at to limit picture loss? Maybe 10% more?
Thanks. JR |

I think he's referring to an original XBOX. Still, it should handle low res MPEG-4 ASP without issue!!
