DVD2DVD-R Pro vs DVD Rebuilder Pro

DVD2DVD-R Pro vs DVD Rebuilder Pro

Which one do you recommend and why?

DVD Rebuilder Pro wins in my book because of the amount of choices it offers. Full disk, movie-only, alternate output... and it can use the free HC encoder (which many argue is on par with CCE). What's not to like?

I agree with writersblock29. Even the free version of DVD-RB is way more versatile than DVD2DVD-R Pro.

I assume that you are referring to DVD2DVD-R Pro Version 2.52. I installed and tested it with 2 DVD sources. It does not offer too many options, but this makes it very easy to use.

One thing though is totally unacceptable:
It installs an older version of AviSynth without asking for permission and without even telling the user. Which of course breaks any newer software which needs a current AviSynth version (e.g. AVStoDVD).

So I definitely do not recommend DVD2DVD-R Pro...

Cheers
