UDF 1.02 or 2.0X ??

Need a little help with vob instant dvd; when is use option #2, the UDF DVD Video under Instant Write, and choose the dvd recorder and uncheck the Joilet option should i be using 1.02 UDF or 2.0x for more compatiliblity?? Or should i be using Data disc option like in derrows'guide and then burn it with udf 1.02??
