How to encode VC1 ??

Hi I need to know how to encode VC1 do you encode it with x264 or with another software ???

Just like H.264 is a video format, not a software, VC-1 also is a video format, not a software. A multitude of different hardware or software encoders exist for H.264 as well as for VC-1.

x264 is a H.264 software encoder. Consequently it does not encode VC-1. I'm not aware of any OpenSource VC-1 encoders, but if you look for a freeware VC-1 encoder, try Microsoft's Expression Encoder.
