mkv to m2ts (portable app hopefully)

Is there a portable/standalone (something that does not need installing) app that will convert from mkv to m2ts format, it's just my TV won't read mkv.

Or failing that what is the best app to do the job and what i mean by best is easiest to master, I'm not a quality freak, but having said that i'm happy to spend 30 mins encodinga 90 minute file.

Well as a rule this is great little app but i do have one or two files that throw up an error like this
"Matroska parse error: invalid H264 NAL unit size. NAL unit truncated" i'll google that and see what gives my guess it the original mkv file is at fault maybe not within specific limits or something.

1.) Install newest mkvtoolnix
2.) Open mkvmerge GUI's options and check "Disable header removal compression ......"
3.) Open the problematic file
4.) Remux

Then try again in tsMuxer

Thanks for the suggestion sneaker_ger but i still get the same result when using tsMuxer, this is not the end of the world as i do have the file in avi format but it's just weird how 2 files are giving this problem and it would have been nice to sort those 2 files out, are there any other apps people would suggest to convert mkv to m2ts and i don't mind if they have to be installed.

What software and procedures did you use to create these two problematic .MKVs?

I did not create the files myself, and i'll refer to rule 6 HERE and say no more as i don't fancy a ban.
