No video playing when no loudspeaker connected
Very strange.
When I load a avi-file (dv-avi) and when there is no loudspeaker or headset connected to my system, VirtualDub stops with playing the file. I have to click 'no audio' in the menu of VD (but there is audio in the file) in order to play this file. The file plays normal in other players: WMediaplayer, Nero, etc... even when no headset or loudspeakers are connected. Can somebody explain this? |

I have fixed very similar looking defect, try it with FilterMod. Or try disabling "sync to audio". Basically, audio is disabled but video still wants to sync with it and ends in infinite waiting.
