ProCoder3 Problems & Questions

I'm not exactly sure where this belongs, so sorry, hope I posted it in the right place.

Ok, so I have been doing some capturing in 720p using Intensity Pro and huffyuv as my codec. I want to convert these to a decent file size using ProCoder3.

This is where I'm running into problems. I want to make my own preset for HD MPEG2, but it won't let me. I've used the help features and searched the net and nothing they mentioned seems to work.

All I can do is use default HD presets which gives out huge file sizes, no matter what bitrate or quality settings I use. I'm exporting it as .MKV.

Can anyone help?

?

you can't modify default presets,
but you can load one, shift and rotate any of the settings,
'save preset'
save your own preset.

obviously don;t run in wizard mode

I've never ran it in wizard mode.

But how can I load a preset and modify it if I can't modify the default presets?

you can't save over the defaults,
but you can load, change, and save as your own preset.

How do you do it? Because when I do, I get nothing but blanked out options, especially when it comes to audio bitrate.

I'm trying it now with Sorenson Squeeze, only issue with that is frame rate...I want it to do 59.94fps but it will always encode at 60 even when I custom set the frame rate. OK never mind about that, I opened it up in G spot and the frame rate is right, VLC wasn't displaying it's information properly.
