How do I clean up VHS captures?
Hey Guys,
im a newbie to video capturing, i have recently bought a DVD recorder and so ive hooked it up to my VHS player so i can capture some old VHS films. This has gone fine and ive copied the movies onto my PC - now the question i have is 1) Is there anything i can do to clean up the picture quality 2) Is there anything i can do to clean up the audio? Craig, we can help you but you have to help us...by following the forum rules, specifically, rule 9: use a proper thread title. Saying "I have a couple questions" is not a proper thread title. How about "How do I clean up VHS captures?"

You could read "Capture Guide" at first:
http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=78797 It says not only about capture, but also how to cleanup some videos using avisynth. But maybe you should follow what rfmmars says, go to VirtualDub. |
