DivX movie sizes

When I encode a movie in AutoGK-DivX using single pass with a quantizer of 4 (50%) the filesize is always about 10% larger than if I did the movie with avi.net or DrDivX with a quantizer of 4. The quality of the picture does not appear any better.

Audio on all three is 128kbps CBR. Same resolution as well.

Why is that?
