Hi,
I am using Vista64, I alread:

- AviSynth 2.5.7 installed
- MediaInfo.dll in the same directory
- Mono v1.9.1 GTK# v2.10.4 installed
- MP4Box aimed
- Microsoft .NET Runtime 2.0 installed

And show this errors:

Okay. Just looking at your first error, did you even read it?

You are using a 64 bit operating system. Avisynth is 32 bit, and I highly doubt the rest of the programs are 64 bit compatible anyways. This could probably be the main reason for most, if not all of your errors.
