Fine. File Size:

If I compile my movie at MPEG-2, 480x480, PAL, 60 Fps, CQ Quality at 100 percent. Which comes out to be 178171 frames, around how much space will this take up in GB?

I believe it's not possible to accurately predict your file size with VBR-CQ mode. The file size will depend on how compressible the movie is.

Also, 60 fps is definately not within the SVCD spec. For PAL, it'd be 25 fps. Please do read some of the guides and do a little experimenting. I for one am willing to help newbies, but not to a fault. It really sounds like you need to get a *little* experience.
