Gray pixels at start frames of MKVS. Help?!

This is what happens to the very beginning of my MKVs after I successfully split the 3 episodes from the stream. These are only shown in the second and third episodes of the stream files, after the split. I even tried to re-split and it still does it.

I have no idea how to fix this.

As I already told you in your other thread: there are limitations on where you can cut in a video stream. If you do not cut at IDR frames, things like these are bound to happen.

^^ Sounds like this is exactly the problem.

How did you split the MKV file?
