Any decent Cathode Ray Tube emulation out there?

is there a possible very realistic emulation of it insted of those default filters for mame and other emulators or standalone to use without emulators and run that alone?

Yes, but you have with this only the defaults of CRT, not the advantages.
So, somehow, it's impossible to properly emulate CRT with LCD, because for doing this, LCD should be better than CRT in all fields (and in that case, decrease all field/parameters to match CRT), which is not the case...
Because with this, you have (either choice) a bad CRT with all the defaults of LCD, or a bad LCD with all the defaults of CRT, but not a CRT.
Unless you're not doing this on an LCD system, but something else, in that case, it depends of caracteristic of the system.
