DoItFast4U Increases vob size?

Ran into this while reencoding a DVD using the ReAuthorist Guide:

02/10/2003 01:57 PM 337,498,112 VTS_03_1.VOB
06/02/2003 07:05 PM 420,034,560 VTS_03_1.VOB

Seems that after encoding this extra, the filesize grew 90mb, seems like that shouldn't happen in DoItFast4U the reencoding threshold was 200mb, perhaps i should set it to 350mb to keep this from happening? Unfortunately I don't know where along the chain the VOB was told to grow in size, the CCE forum said it was probably a dif4u issue because CCE only does what dif4u tells it, perhaps an average bitrate calculated improperly? Thanks for your help

I am using the newest versions of all the DoIt apps, and CCE 2.67.00.09

EDIT: In case anyone else runs into this problem, it turnes out that i should have demuxed by VOBID and not PGC, which is talked about in all the guides. Just be sure to understand when you can and can't, i thought i was safe doing it by PGC but upon closer inspection, i was not
