So far, mine is working fine - with a nice speed increase to boot! I did a complete un-install and then installed the new version. You might give that a shot if you didn't already.

Also, for the record I am using AVIs as my source. Haven't messed with DVD sources yet.

@Numer0bis
Your errors happend if sound track have other channels from shown in info. It happend only if info show 6channel ac3 and your select 2channel ac3 file or like that. I fix this in next version.

@all
Also I found new way for encoding. Quality will more better and speed will more faster (on my pc 3 times!!!) (VirtualDubMod + YV12). Wait 4.013, now write new encoding engine.

Just tested 4.12 Winnydows and seem to having a problem with audio, as you know i use .AVS, but the audio is not transcoding, it just comes out with the video stream, ave checked my script and there is nothing wrong.

loadplugin("C:\Documents and Settings\pc-user\My Documents\Useful Shit\DGINDEX\DGDecode.dll")

video = mpeg2source("C:\Documents and Settings\pc-user\My Documents\My Videos\Test.d2v")
audio = wavSource("C:\Documents and Settings\pc-user\My Documents\My Videos\Test T01 3_2ch 384Kbps 48KHz.wav")
AudioDub(video, audio)
AssumeFPS(24.000)
AmplifydB(20,20)
Lanczos4Resize(480,272) # Lanczo4 (Sharp)
Sharpen(0.1)
ConvertToYV12()
Tweak(sat=1.7, bright=16, cont=1.1)

Replace mencoder to build compatible with your cpu. Must help. (apps\mplayer). In next version I already replace mencoder.

Try this build:
http://www1.mplayerhq.hu/MPlayer/rel...32-1.0pre8.zip

Why you use AssumeFPS(24.000) ? I use ForceFilm.

What are the benefits to using an AVS file as opposed to just running an AVI through the program?

I think IVTC (forced film in dgindex) best metod reduce framerate. In most cases even interlace removed.
Just now read documentation abot AssumFPS. Useless option. After this conversion changed sound pitch. Very bad. Use only force film or ConvertFPS(). I hear exists IVTC plugin for avisynth if you work with non mpeg source.

XviD4PSP 4.013 beta 1 update only FTP RAR

Fixed MP4 PSP output.
Fixed work on Windows XP 64.

HOWTO:
Replace EXE file in install folder. Instalation will don`t work. Just run EXE from XviD4PSP folder or wait final release.

No luck Winnydows, mencoder still crashing, i dont use it but it would be good to know why its doing this.
I used Mediacoder by Stanley Huang which also uses mencoder and never give me any trouble, only trouble there is no .AVS suppport with Mediacoder, video also stutters with it.
Anyway enough about that, looking forward to complete 4.13 build.

I confirm 2 pass DivX encoding crash and already fix it (yesterday), also 40% speedup. In your case mencoder crash on 1 pass or 2 pass encoding ?
