Mp4 -> 3gp

Is there a tool that can re-mux an existing video from MP4 into 3GP?
Video format is MPEG-4, so re-encoding should not be neccessarry...

I need 3GP, because the mobile phone only accepts 3GP container...

i dont think mp4ui can create a 100% valid 3gp file

I don't think that it has a 3gp option

I've tried some time ago mp4creator from mp4ip project... it was really bad... thanks to god there is MP4Box
