wave or ac3 to mp2 with no standard bitrate is possible?

i really don't know if the result work but...

is possible to use BeSweet(GUI)
to got mp2 with no standards bitrates
like 140,170 or 210 in cbr mode?

sometimes i got more or less space for svcd in one cd
after encode and changing the bitrate could be a
good alternative to get perfect target!

thanks in advance!

DSPguru,

my dvd players don't like vbr!
back to my (stup) question:
mp2 cbr at 140 or 180(no standards) are impossible to encode?

(excuse in advance if my question is more stup than i think!)
