Convert from your original DVD, not the WMV that you made.

Then how did you make the WMV?

I'm sure you must have read our forum rules, especially rule 6.

What is it and where did you buy it? I'm asking because these WMVs are typically downloaded torrents, so the onus is on you to show that it is legitimate.

The problem is probably due to DRM, since the site requires WMP10. If you bought it (and not rent it), i believe the forum rules allow us to help you removing these DRM. You may try faireuse4wm, but according to this thread , this program is no longer updated, so there is a big chance it will not work. Please also note this action is not legal in France AFAIK.

Other options :
Connect your PC to your TV (see the help of the site).
Do not buy videos on those WMP-only VOD sites if you want to watch them on other places than your computer.

I remove the DRM with you program, but with the wmv I can't make an AVI without audio desync

It sounds like a VariableFrameRate issue. I can't see all the options you put in your script, but you should try somethink like this :

Code:
DirectShowSource("C:\Ugly\01.wmv", fps=25, convertfps=true)
