RMVB unwanted scene Cut

Greetings
RMVB is great format i have many anime in rmvb
In video Some Scene i don't want And
I don't want re-encoding video too
frame by frame cut some software i used ??? only work on MKV without re-encoding video
Can You help Me i try my best

How did you encode the RMVB files or where did you get them?
