Have u heard about BDVD? 10 hours of HQ Video???
Hi people! I've been searching through the net and I found some forums that discuss something they call (B)DVD (or something like that), which would be a format that allows u to put something like 10 hours of HQ Video in a simple 4,7 DVD-R... Someone knows what's that? Thanks

@Jacoh
I'm from that forum and I've to say: yes, you can to put 10 h or whatever you want into DVD5, but HQ? Well, this is a matter of taste but I never did this (and I don't recommend nobody to do it). But if want to do it, even using a quantization matrix optimized for low bitrates encodings (BDVD matrix), you should to use low resolutions and others tweaks in order to get a result acceptable. You should have in your mind that any technique have limitations, anyone doesn't make miracle!! If you want to know more about it, go to proper place: www.vmesquita.com/forum Regards, Last edited by danpos; 7th March 2006 at 02:59. |

There you can speak portuguese or english if prefer. 100% standard include mpeg-1. Make this way but not recommended. See you there! |
