help extracting audio

i dled a rmvb file and i remembered goldwave can extract the audio out but now it seems to be not working. Anyone know any other program that can extract rmvb audio files to wav.

or maybe i need to dl more codecs to get goldwave to read my file????

anyone know? thanks

I have a Creative sound card with a recorder. Whenever I want to get audio, I simply record while the audio is playing, and viola-i have an audio segment from any video.
