VDub + Pinnacle PCTV

Hello all!
I have a pinnacle PCTV, and trying to capture with VDub.
But VDub send me a message saying "the device is allready in use"...
but the device is NOT in use... I use ctrl+alt+DEL and kill all task, but the message appears again...
Could someone help me?

hi.

What OS, intel or amd, what version of the pinnable stuff ?

Uninstall all your pinnable appz using the control pannel, then remove ALL pctv related stuff from your /ZINDOZ/INF directory. Use the reg cleaner that pinnable offers for download, then get rid of all registry entries related to pinnable, pctv..... You can also use the setup of btwincap to remove ALL capture related drivers. Reboot. Install pinnacle 4.02a (vfw).

I'm using w ME, Duron 1000, the pinnacle prog. is PCTV vision 2.5
I'll try to uninstall.

Try Virtual VCR instead. It uses WDM drives that comes with the card. You can capture at full res. with it but not with Virtualdub

768*576 can be achieved with pinnacle WFM drivers.
