Rimax Mpeg4 MultiPlayer MT1389 Based issue?

Hello everyone!

I found something about this player, i think a little bug.
On to works , I set my preferred audio language to Italian , my preferred menu to italian and all works correctly till I use DVDs.
Then I insert a DivX , to watch it or only to test , and all goes fine.
Then I try to insert a DVD again and what happened ? The menu is english and the default language too!
Go to take a look to the SETUP page!
There is all just like I set up earlier.
And then what must I do? It seems like a kind of reset occurred.
The only thing I can do is to RESET all with the "DEFAULT" option and then restore all my setings again. After that all works fine but only until I'll insert a DivX again.
The question is : does anyone reported this ? I think it can happen to all MT1389-Based player as far as they seem to use the same FW (with little changes but identically in structure).
And another question : is there a workaround or we must wait and pray for the new FW to solve it?
