What avisynth filter increases contrast intelligently only for low contrast parts?
Hi,
I have a video with some parts being dark with low contrast, while some other parts have reasonably good contrast with bright areas. If I use filters like Tweak to increase contrast of the low contrast regions, naturally the ones with high contrast gets washed out in the brighter spots. I need suggestions of Avisynth filters that can intelligently increase contrast where it is needed. Thanks! |

Thanks for your response. Yes, I got the suggestion from somebody and just started to play around with it with some arbitrary parameters. Not yet satisfied, since I need to learn how to tweak the parameters better. It's a powerful tool, but needs time to control and apply successfully! Is there any other out of the box filters to be tried with just the default options? |
