VFR2CFR without Reencoding?
'Sup, guys.
Some of the variable frame rate mobile videos taken with my GS3 don't quite seem to agree with Adobe apps, whereas AVISynth and various media players handle them without any issues. With AE, PR, and ME, on the other hand, it's all skipping and spazzing. What a pain! Of course, there's always the option to encode lossless intermediates using AVISynth, but I was wondering if there are any surgical tools in existence for altering the frame rate mode of a file, if that's at all possible. I've tried re-muxing the streams with an explicitly specified frame rate, but it didn't do any good. Thoughts?
