Can CCE Do M2P or MP2 Format

Does anyone know if I can use CCE to encode to M2P or MP2 files as opposed to MPV? I could try to rename the MPV file once it is completed but I am not sure that would even work. Any and all help is greatly appreciated!!!!!

THANKS!!!

in CCE you can tell it to create a program stream, rather than elementary streams, that will give you the m2p. the m2a is the mpeg audio that is created (if audio is selected) in elementary stream mode.

Re:

I see in the stand alone version the setting for outputs but where can I select it if I am using the Premiere plugin? What if it creates an MPV file and I rename it to M2P or MP2?

THANKS!!!!!

When it asks you to put in the name of your file, just call it "MYFILE.M2V" or whatever you want - just ensure that you spell out the extention. This is what I do, and I have never noticed the problem that you are mentioning. All these extentions are the same.
