need slowmotion filter/plugin

Hello,

i am looking for a filter/plugin or program which can be used on interlaced video. It should work like this:

1. field 1 of frame 1 -> frame 1
2. field 2 of frame 1 -> frame 2
3. field 1 of frame 2 -> frame 3
4. field 2 of frame 2 -> frame 4
...

so at the end i have a 50% slower non-interlaced video.
you can do it with photoshop frame by frame, but this is too complicated and slow :-((

any idea?

Isn't bob() or weave() supposed to _exactly_ do that? double the framerate by separating the fields into non-interlaced frames?

Regards,
Koepi

Use my Smart Bob (or equivalent) and then set the frame rate in the AVI back to one-half.
