mixind DVD resolution on one DVDr

As we know there are sevral 'legal' dvd resolutions(PAL):
720x576, 704x576, 352x576, 352x288. using the smaller resolutions is a way to save space on the DVD disc (obviously you will lose qulity but I have to say 352x576 gives u about SVCD qulity)

My questions is - does anyone knows of an authoring app that allows for using sevral clips with different resolutions on the same disc?
