BD Rebuilder under Linux/Wine?

Hello everyone, I was wondering if some of you have managed to get BD Rebuilder to work under Linux/Wine?

The app will start, but the encoding part fails. I'm thinking wine just can't decode the content. (any alternate codecs to FFDShow and alternate avisynth versions I could try?)

For now, I've installed it in Virtualbox. It's taking roughly 12 hours to re-encode a 50 gig disc to BD-R on my AMD X2-3800 CPU. I was expecinting BD-Rebuilder to be much slower than DVD RB, but this seems a lot of time even for my ancient computer! I'm allocating 256 megs RAM to Windows 2000, but I don't mind rebuilding the VM if someone has had better success with different settings (I have a Win XP licence too I could try)
