Creating backup from 2dvd set
I read a thread sometime ago, regards creating backup from 2 cd's.
It said that you have to edit the info file , or something to that effect. I,m not able to find the thread. Have ripped both disk's to h/d, but i can't edit the file , i just hope that someone could explain it , or direct me to the appropriate thread. Thanks in advance. |

okay, this is what you do:
the first dvd (ifo and vob-files) are in one directory. Let's say you have something like this: vts_07_0.ifo vts_07_1.vob vts_07_2.vob now, from the second dvd you can disregard the ifo-file. You don't need it. Just add the vob-files to the first directory and rename them so they fit the order. In this example, you should rename them: vts_07_3.vob vts_07_4.vob etc... This way you end up with a directory with one ifo-file and a number of vob-files with the same number (07 in this example) and ascending file numbers (1-4 in this example). Open the ifo file in dvd2svcd and you're in business. You can check whether all vob-files are recognized by clicking the [...]-button. If necessary, you can add vob-files manually using the same button. Take care Da Franksta
