Will the next update fix my problem? I'm doing another encode now, but I'm not getting my hopes up.

Sorry, my mistake, this is DGAVCDecode.dll that i tested. It worked with it. When i add it to the queue, meGui tells me that the avs is not mod16, this is why i think there is checks. (1920x1080)

Nope, the update Kurtnoise provided didn't work (as expected). :/
Stopped at the same frame number and crashed.

hi guys.

i was running MeGUI just like i normally do and i kept getting this acisynth error: "script error: there is no function named dgdecode_mpeg2source"

i googled it and i found this thread:

http://forum.doom9.org/archive/index.php/t-118803.html

problem is that i'm running a 32bitOS. i checked my reg entry in regedit and it turns out that my plugins directory was set to "F:avisynth/plugins" i changed it to C:/ but it didn't fix it, so what should i do?

ah i fixed my problem; after carefully rereading the thread, i saw the user said that he couldn't change the directory where dgdecode.dll was located. i gave it a shot and it worked.

I might have found the culprit. It seems that mencoder itself is broken. I found this thread to be helpful: http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=124374
Although I haven't tried my script out yet using an earlier version of mencoder.

@Kurtnoise13 Does MeGUI automatically re run the eac3to command if there are gaps/overlaps detected?

some crashes i experienced in a recent megui and x264 build, these were when i had opened a .avs file in avs script creator as i was wanting to determine how much to crop top and bottom on a bluray movie. I was scrolling through the video and experienced this crash message, the application worked fine though, kept functioning:

same with the below screenshot:

The bluray movie had VC-1 video and truehd audio, i used graphstudio, avsp, megui, x264, haali, ffdshow. The source was a single .m2ts file.

well...it's not my plan to run eac3to twice to apply gaps/delays. I'll add these values in the filename probably. The goal here is to extract only streams like DGindex.

btw, more than 30 commits today in the trunk. *sigh*

The catch is that the extracted streams won't be particularly useful if the gaps aren't corrected. It's not delays, it's places in the audio tracks which don't match up with the video after joining multiple .m2ts files. So streams might be extracted but in order to use them the command will need to be run again. At least the audio part of the command. I think Atak_Snajpera made a request for madshi to make a switch that will automatically re run the command in the case of gaps/overlaps being detected.

did you have some discs where a gap is detected by eac3to ? If yes, could you post a log here please...

and could you post a command line to fix a such gap...

Yes, that's the point. I think the problem is with the new mencoder, or do you have any better ideas as to why MeGUI consistently crashes?
