Nero AAC: VBR 1.0 or ABR 2pass 384kbps?

Hey guys, I'm wondering... which of these settings would give me better results on audio encoding? I've been using VBR 1.0 till now, do you suggest me to go on ABR instead?

Thanks!

VBR is always better, since it is not bound to any restrictions but the overall quality setting.
ABR may produce bigger sizes, without improving quality (if not worsing it in some portions!)
