Join H.264 Blu-ray to x264 without re-encoding

I have an unusual question, but please tell me if you can give me an answer.

I want to be able to join a clip from an H.264 Blu-ray movie to another video, without re-encoding the Blu-ray clip.

So I want to be able to encode a video clip with the exact same settings as this attached Blu-ray clip was encoded, so I can join both of them together without re-encoding the Blu-ray clip. Is this possible with the x264 encoder?

I am not concerned with audio, only video.

Here is the Blu-ray clip: https://www.dropbox.com/s/zbemmfx0ai...ginal.mp4?dl=0
