inaccurate file size DivX 4.x .....

Sorry about the subject heading. What I am trying to say is every time I use DivX 4.x my file is 30-40 mb bigger than I wanted. I never set my bits per frame higher than .2 and my quarentizers are set at the default 2 & 12. I have seen that DivX 4 log file analyzer program, but I have a hard time understanding all the settings. Is it worth learning this program. Does it actually better the quality and make the file size more accurate to the estimated size. Pleas post your experiences with this program.

Also, I noticed you need to run a 2nd pass to get a analyzer.log. Does this mean you have to encode 3 passes? I hope I am not asking stupid questions. If I am not making something clear enough please let me know.

Thanks In advance.
