DirectShow filters add/removal

Cuttermaran and MPEGSchnitt are hanging when I Pause the video or when I jump on the seek slider bar. I think one of the MPEG2 decoders I installed is mucking things up.

Anyway is there a utility that lets me view all the DirectShow (AX) filters and remove/prioritize them?

Yeah I tried the RadLight one but its interface isn't as good or intuitive as the DirectShow Filter Manager.
