Honoring pulldown flags in MPC-HC

Hello there.

I've been trying to make MPC-HC honor pulldown flags to no avail. Nothing to fiddle with in it's own internal MPEG2 filter setup or anywhere else as far as I can tell.

Normally this behavior would be welcome, but the signal is being outputted to a regular plasma NTSC TV that won't accept anything but 59.94Hz, and even though EVR-CP does an exceptionally good job at distributing those 24/23.976 frames under non-multiple refresh rates, the smoothness is effectively gone.

Yes, I know I can use ffdshow, check Avisynth and select "Apply pulldown", but the computer MPC-HC is running on isn't mine and I was denied permission to install it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
