Don't transcode. Just remux from your original source material.

I'm talking about your original source material that you transcoded (or demuxed) those streams from. What is that?

import .h264 and .aac using mmg.exe (MKVmerge GUI from MKVToolnix package)

mkvmerge syas: the file is an unsupported container format
(MPEG Transport Stream (TS))

I tried with tsmuxer too, and it says:: Cant detect stream type

Media player classic home cinema open the file, make a correct size black window correct length time but not play the video, and at the file properties is :
Video: MPEG4 Video (H264) 1440x1080 25.00fps [Video]
Audio: AAC 48000Hz stereo 149Kbps [Audio]
type : not known, size 1031mb, media lenth 00:11:25, video size 1440*1080

Powerdvd7 plays the file correct.

i find solution:

1.: install haali media splitter and in the installation folder run gdsmux.exe
bellow input tab right click in the box, and add source, then set output x.mkv, and click start.

Other way using mediacoder app, http://mediacoder.sourceforge.net/

This recognize this bitstream mode.

My solution would've been to demux the stream with DGAVCDec, then remuxing to .mkv with mkvmerge.
