Restoring Tranformers G1 Season 2

Could someone lend me a hand on this sample.

It's from "Transformers G1 - Season 2".
I am not sure if I have to use srestore on it?

In the sense that it is field-blended, yes.

But is it worth your time? The R1 releases won't have that issue. The complete series set is $59 and the older season 2 releases could be purchased for around $20 I believe.

Hmm. Of what release are you talking (Shout)? Since I am not up to date to the G1 releases.
The picture quality of my version is realy bad.
