Encoding Cams and DVD R

I was wondering how would i know if a movie is touched.. like encoded..? Is it possible to re encode a movie.. ?

It's always possible to re-encode. Discussion of cams and other pirated content is strictly forbidden, however.

Yes a user on here mentioned that.. But may i ask why ? Is is because its a public website.. that u guys wish not to be involved with matters that may occur in the future? Are we allowed to ask for another email via private message and talk about the pirated or mention anything related to pirated such as encoding?
Its just p2p files transfer through the net instead from a server its from another person... I just dont understand why its against the law

It's not the fact that the transfers happen p2p, it's the content that's being transferred. (rule 6)

I don't make the rules, but you did agree to them when you created an account, and they are linked at the very top of every single page on this forum.

Also, we don't discuss rules in threads (rule 17). Please PM a mod such as myself if you have further questions.
