It's always possible to re-encode. Discussion of cams and other pirated content is strictly forbidden, however.

It's not the fact that the transfers happen p2p, it's the content that's being transferred. (rule 6)
I don't make the rules, but you did agree to them when you created an account, and they are linked at the very top of every single page on this forum. Also, we don't discuss rules in threads (rule 17). Please PM a mod such as myself if you have further questions. Derek
