ATI 2600XT and Nero Hardware decoding questions

Hi all

Have been doing a bit of research on my video card, its an ATI 2600XT with HDMI out (This card is supposedly a great HTPC card because it can do hardware mpeg2/divx/xvid/h264 decoding with almost 90% cpu offloading) but am having a bit of trouble.

Supposedly the only 2 codecs that will allow hardware decoding of content is the CyberLink PowerDVD7 codec, or the one bundled with Nero Ultra. So I got the newest copy of Nero 8 Ultra and have it installed; but cannot find the proper codec to choose in KMplayer or Media Player Classic to do the hardware decoding.

There is indeed a Nero Video Decoder and Nero Video Decoder HD but neither of these seem to work for h264 content, which is what I'm looking to use.

Can someone point me in the right direction?
What is the name of the filter/codec I'm supposed to be using?

Thanks in advance!

MPC Home Cinema supports hardware decoding with that card. IIRC it also includes a DirectShow filter that can be used by other players.
