Megui stuck with Final Preprocessing

I use 1Click Encoder and when I try to make a 1080p video to a 720p, the Final Pre-processing takes as long as I stop it .
No more work done, and the last process was there for 9 hours.
I would like to know the cause, because, when encoding a 720p video in x264, won't stuck like this.

The Elapsed time runs but the process has no end,
