MKV2VOB problem with newer DTS MKV

Has anyone noticed that some of the newer release MKV have failed to convert using MKV2VOB ?

Instead of "Patching DTS", MKV2VOB now tries to "DTS to AC3", but then freezes.

This is using MKV2VOB 2.4.7.
