Best suggestion for capture setup?
I have a Hauppauge WinTV PVR-pci but it sucks hell on my AMD/VIA configuration, even with latest 4in1 and latency patch installed. I'm thinking of replacing it; I don't really need the hardware MPEG2 capture method, software would be good enough as I transcode it to 2pass DivX later on.
I now have two options, in my opinion: 1) Ditch the card and replace it with a cheap Pinnacle PCTV Pro and capture the video in MPEG2 with iuVCR or something like that; 2) Ditch the card AND ditch my GeForce 2MX and replace it with a ATI AiW 7500 and use that for capturing MPEG2. Can anybody tell me what the best suggestion would be? Also, are there severe problems known with an AiW 7500 on a Abit KT7A-RAID motherboard that I should be aware of? Other options are also welcome, but please do keep in mind that I want to keep costs low if possibe.

Oh, there are a million problems with the PVR card. Take a look at their unoffical support forum and you'll know what I mean
Anyway, I bought a Hercules All-In-Wonder 7500 today, so hopefully my problems will be solved. No more crashes, no more having to try every pci slot just be able to boot...
