YAMB 1.3 is out
Finally...I kicked my own ass and I release a new YAMB version.
Changes from version 1.2.1 to 1.3 : Quote:
In addition, I would say that you can see MediaInfo.dll in these packages. It's just to have some infos concerning import settings (just move the mouve on edit area). By example : Enjoy... |

I've found a bug
When you try to extract an MPEG-4/SP/ASP or AVC stream from an MP4 file the "Extract Track".... "in RAW format" and "to new MP4 file" options operate the wrong way round (ie: the RAW option creates an MP4 file and MP4 option creates an RAW file). Plus when you try and change/switch between the RAW and MP4 output options YAMB crashes... Cheers

And yesterday, I forgot to mention one thing : if you want to change output folder for the mux, you need to make a double click on the edit area to open the SaveDialog box... |

I've just installed YAMB v1.3 using your "setup.exe"... But when I tried muxing and de-muxing I got this: -
EDIT: I don't seem to be able to use YAMB at all with your build of MP4Box.exe Cheers

isn't that error message rather self-explaining?

Does this error message mean "libmmd.dll" is missing from YAMB or from Kurt's MP4Box.exe compile! This error only shows up when installing Kurts full version of YAMB (ie: with his MP4Box compile). When running YAMB "lite" (for want of a better expression), this error message does not appear! Cheers

IIRC libmmd.dll is a dll from the intel compiler.. you just need one in your system but without it, a bunch of apps I know that have been compiled with the intel compiler cannot be executed.

Indeed...I forgot to put libmmd.dll in the whole package. So, redownload it (same link as above) or grab the library here.
@Bond: pretty strange...did you use a win98 or older system before ? if yes, wait the non unicode version. |

I'm able to confirm my previously mentioned "Extract Track" bug (YAMB crash) also happens with your supplied build of MP4box.exe Cheers

Yep... you seem to have cracked it with your revised build Kurt!
Nice one... a brilliant little application EDIT: The AAC-HE "signalling" option works well.... It even flags up the "AAC h" icon in ShowTime player now... Cheers
