Another Question. If I rebuild a BD with AVS Movie source and target has AVS codec. But if I rebuild the VC-1 movie source is VC-1 but target is AVS , is this right? |

Are you talking about AVC? All output of BD-RB that has been reencoded is in AVC (H.264, MPEG-4, Part 10), that's the only thing X264 will output. By the way, did you reinstall FFDSHOW and AVISYNTH? If not, do so. I also asked if you had installed codec packs and didn't get an answer... I can't help you if you don't answer my questions and don't do what I ask you to do. Ist was my last software installation on this computer before 10 days, but after this i was in holyday to yesterday. And today i have only update your bd rebuilder from 28.03 to 28.04. The one good BD rebuild and the one with wrong aspect ratio, was with rebuilder 28.03.

I realize that this is not a bug but it might have relevance. Using the latest version of BD RB (28.04( I just did a backup of Eagle Eye, movie only, to single layer DVD. The result came out quite satisfactory in that there were no viable or audible flaws. The operating system however makes it noteworthy: I was using Windows 7 64 bit which I thought there was an issue with so I guess jdobbs corrected it, and I'm certain that there are others here also having success with it as well.

I have a new problem. I have a movie with vc-1 codec, but movie only is so small, that recoded is not needed. Also the process works fine, but the disk on my Panasonic BD80 not play. Is there an option that i can force recode to AVC. All my movie with AVC as source and target works fine.
