How to cut .VOB's between key frames?

Hi everyone, what i need is to cut just a few seconds of the begining of a .vob (its a music video) without losing any audio or video quality (no re-encoding). I've tried lost of softwares and the one that i like the most is chopper XP, it's simple and it doesn't mess the video but it only cuts at key frames, so at one keyframe i'm still leaving a piece of what i want to cut and at the next keyframe it cuts the begining of the video... i need something between. i don't know if vobedit or ifoedit can do this, if anyone knows please do a detailed explanation i don't know how to use this softwares and threre is no tutorials for them, thanks everyone

Womble MPEG Video Wizard DVD does the same thing too, but it can add transition effects and fades in the audio and video streams. Unfortunately, like VideoReDo, it is not free. Someone knows a free alternative?

hi everyone, i'm using videoredo to cut the first few seconds of a music video (it's a .vob) and that's fine but then i noticed that the videos were ending a few frames before, for what i see it seems that videoredo it's ending the video after the last audio frame even if there is still some video frames, why is this? can it be corrected?

thanks.

That is for keeping video/audio synchronized at joining clips, but it seems to do the same at trimming individual clips. I usually prefer to edit separated streams in womble.
